 Beef Pulao Recipe



Beef pulao is one of the most Flavored of recent trending meals in the world. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful.  Beef pulao is something that I have loved my whole life.

 Beef Pulao:

Ingredients of Beef Stock

1. 600 g Beef

2. 5-7 Black Cardamom

3. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

4. 4-5 Cinnamon sticks

5. 2 Bay Leaf

6. 10 g Whole Coriander

7. 2 Liter Water

8. Salt to taste

9. 4-6 Garlic cloves

10. 1 Onion


Ingredients of Beef Pulao

1. 700 g Rice

2. 4 Tbsp Cooking oil

3. 1 Onion

4. 10 g Green Chilli (Chopped)

5. 1 Tsp Tamarind

6. 3 Tomato

7. Salt to Taste

8. 10 g Whole Cumin

9. 1 Tsp Cumin Powder

10. 1 Tsp Coriander powder

11. 2 cup Beef stock


Instructions

Instruction for Beef Stock

1. Take a piece of cloth and add, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, whole coriander, star anise and make the knot of cloth.

2. Now, in a cooking pot, add water, garlic, onion, spices bag, water and cover this pot and cook for 50-60 mins.

3. After that strain the beef stock.


Instruction for Beef Pulao

1. In a cooking pot add cooking oil, onion, green chili,  tamarind and cook until light brown.

2. Add boiled meat, tomato's, cumin  powder, coriander powder and cook for a while.

3. Then add soaked rice, stock and cook for a while.

4. After this simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Your tasty Beef Pulao is now ready to serve.
